The primary objective of our procurement department is to provide qualityproducts and services required for company operations at the right time andplace needed, and in the correct quantity.
Our Scope of procurement services are to :
- Secure products and services for all departments and divisions within thecompany at the lowest possible cost while maintaining fairness and integrity.
- As a reputable company with a good credit rating, we have secured accountfacilities with most of our key suppliers in the construction industry.
- We are an insurable company from the view point of our suppliers and creditguarantee insurers.
- Our procurement spend and selection of suppliers are based on a number ofcriteria with a focus on suppliers with an acceptable B-BBEE level.
Enterprise Development
Our Enterprise Development programme is part of our BBBEE initiative to assist qualifying SMME’s in achieving independence and sustainability by identifying and addressing areas of development.
At WKSA, we believe that through our Enterprise Development programme we contribute to economic growth, job creation and positive social impact to underserved communities.
